David became the host of Sports Central at WGN in the year 1995 and it quickly became Chicago radio’s #1 rated sports talk show. He co-hosted the show for over a decade with former Chicago Bears star Tom Waddle. In February 2007, David left Waddle to join ESPN Radio where he hosted the show until March 2010 on a solo basis.
After a 21-year career at WGN Radio, he signed a multi-year deal with ESPN in 2015 and started to serve a daily sports radio show named Kap and Co., that aired on ESPN 1000 in Chicago from 9:00 AM CT till Noon as the host.
