There, he co-anchors the 4 p.m. and the 11 p.m. newscasts. Throughout his journalism career, David has reported on many of the largest and most visible breaking news stories all over the Tri-State area and around the world such as the terror attacks in Orlando, Manchester, Florida, England, and Paris France.

While serving at WNBC, he provided wide reporting of the terrorist attacks and shooting of Amadou Diallo on September 11, 2001.

David also covered news outside the tri-state area, such as the disappearance of Elizabeth Smart from Utah, the O.J. Simpson trial in Los Angeles, and the space shuttle disaster in Houston, Texas. Prior to joining WABC-TV, he worked for WFSB-TV based in Hartford, Connecticut as the lead evening reporter.
