Elle became part of the ESPN news family in May 2016. She joined the channel as the anchor for SportsCenter, the network’s signature news and information program. Elle changed her role to the 6 p.m. show in March of 2021, where she served alongside Kevin Negandhi. She was named as the co-host of The Intersection, a new weekly radio program in June of 2020. Elle co-hosted the show alongside Clinton Yates.
