Geoff Hart Biography
Geoff Hart is a former American reporter and anchor. Recently, he worked as the co-anchor of WYFF News 4 (NBC affiliate) located in Greenville Sc. There, he co-hosted the Today show each weekday morning hours. Geoff served at the station from 1993 to May of 2021 when he left the station due to his health matters. On May 20, 2021, he took his early retirement from the media industry after he was diagnosed with early-onset Alzheimer’s disease.
He was commissioned for the first time as a Sportscaster at WECT-TV6 located in Wilmington, NC after graduating from Emerson College. While there, he regularly covered local son Michael Jordan. In the year 2006, he spent a month in Italy while reporting on the Winter Olympics in Torino for WYFF News 4 and all of Hearst’s other TV stations.
