He began to host the weekly series called “Skin with Ian” where his roles were to act as the Field Weather Reporter, Weekend Morning Meteorologist, and occasional Fill-In Weather Anchor. After he left WCAX, Ian switched to WLEX and served there as a Weekday 4 p.m. & 7 p.m. Meteorologist from August 2012 until April 2016. Additionally, Ian was a primary fill-in for a chief meteorologist and a field weather reporter.
