Prior to that, she served as the weekend morning meteorologist at WECT-TV 6 in Wilmington, North Carolina. While there Iisha provided the coverage of the February 2014 ice storm, the city’s second-largest ice storm to go down in history which destroyed southeastern North Carolina. Iisha debuted her career journey in broadcasting serving at WWBT NBC 12 in Richmond, Virginia as a fill-in traffic reporter and weather apprentice.
