After his graduation, he also served for two years as a producer/tape editor for WTNH-TV, the ABC affiliate in New Haven. He was also an intern on Capitol Hill for a Connecticut congressman.
In addition, he is also a two-time winner of the Weiss Award for Investigative Reporting, as well as the recipient of a series of Edward R. Murrow Awards and Associated Press Awards. His reports have led to changes in law, firings, resignations, and arrests. Besides being an investigative journalist, he has also been a fill-in anchor and occasionally covers state politics. He was also named one of the region’s most powerful people by Philadelphia Magazine.
Prior to joining FOX 29 News, he also served at CBS affiliate WFSB in Hartford, Connecticut. He started his career there in 1984 as a morning news anchor.
