Before taking over this role, he served as the president and the CEO of NBC Universal. Jeff also served at the Business School Columbia as an executive in residence. In November 2012, He was selected to assume as the president of CNN Worldwide from January of 2013, replacing Jim Walton after his contract was completed. He was named the Chairman of Warner Media News and Sports in March 2019.
