She mostly anchors KOCO 5 News at 6:00 p.m. together with co-anchor Abigail Ogle, and at 5:00 p.m., 9:00 p.m. on MeTV, and 10:00 p.m. alongside her co-anchor Evan Onstot. She has covered life-changing events in Oklahoma, including flooding, wildfires, and devastating tornadoes or a period of over ten years.

Jessica Kicked off her career at the Fort Worth Community Cable Television station while she studied college and spent over two years as a weekend co-anchor in Southern Oregon reporting news there. She started to work as a young reporter at KOCO 5 News in 2002 and quickly went up the ranks to morning co-anchor and later evening co-anchor. She believes that delivering life-saving information when severe weather threatens Oklahomans is the most important job for everyone at KOCO 5 News.
