Jim Jaggers is an illustrious American meteorologist presently working in Memphis, Tennessee as an AMS Certified Broadcast Meteorologist for WREG TV News Channel 3. Previously, he worked at WHBQ-TV, FOX Memphis as a chief meteorologist.
Prior to that, he worked for two radio stations in the Memphis Area as a Broadcast Meteorologist either live on the air or recording mp3 files distributed on my website from Monday to Friday. Jim also served at Westwood One where he was live and recorded weather forecasts on weekdays for up to five local radio stations.

He does radio forecasts on WSMB AM Sports Radio 680 ESPN, WRVR The River 104 FM, WUMR U 92 FM the Jazz Lover, and KWAM AM from Monday to Friday.
He has been the chairman of the Board of Broadcast Meteorology and served on the Broadcast Board refereeing AMS Seal candidates. He also helped the AMS in writing as well as implementing a new Certified Broadcast Meteorology test that will eventually restore the past AMS Seal.
Furthermore, he has a Seals of Approval from both the National Weather Association in both television and radio forecasting and the American Meteorological Society. In 2008, Jim and Tim Simpson received an Emmy for the Breaking News of the February 5, 2008 tornado that struck Shelby County in the Whitehaven area.
