Michael Irvin is a famous American football wide receiver and sports commentator who currently serves for NFL Network since 2009 as an analyst. In 1988 Michael played soccer at the University of Miami and he was selected by the Dallas Cowboys in the first round.

From 1988 to 1999, Michael spent his National Football League career with the team before it ended because of a spinal cord injury. Due to his affection for playing big games for his college and pro careers, he was nicknamed “the Playmaker”.

He is one of the three main Cowboys players who is called one of “The Triplets” who helped the team gain three Super Bowl wins along with Emmitt Smith and Troy Aikman. Previously, Michael was a broadcaster for ESPN’s Sunday, and currently, he works for NFL Network as an analyst.
