Huguet began his voice-over career when he was in grade 3 after his teacher sat him in front of a microphone to record books on tape for the younger children.
His first on-air job was at a small market radio station, as well as spinning country music at night while going to high school during the day. Huguet’s first big break came when local station CJIB allowed him to report high school basketball games on air, which lead to his own 1 hr show in the middle of the night.
