He started his career as a standard sports newsreader on all-news KQV radio in his hometown of Pittsburgh. Later after leaving KQV news, he drifted to Florida and found part-time radio work in the Tampa area.
Additionally, he also served for the Sports Entertainment Network (now SB Nation Radio), he became a sports host on Infinity Broadcasting sports talker WFAN-AM in New York City, and other major stations, including KLSX-FM in Los Angeles, KNBR-AM in San Francisco, and WCNN-AM in Atlanta.
He also joined CBS Sports Radio which aired the 10 pm-2am weekday, he also left CBS News and his last day was January 7, 2020.
