Stacey Baca is an illustrious American journalist currently working for ABC 7 News as a reporter and anchor of weekend newscasts. She anchors Saturday and Sunday mornings alongside Mark Rivera. Stacey joined ABC 7 News in June 2002. Throughout her journalism career, she has won several awards and recognition from the National Academy of Television Arts & Sciences (NATAS) as well as the Associated Press.
Stacey is an active member of the National Association of Hispanic Journalists. She also covered international border affairs between Mexico and the United States. Before that, she worked at WTKR-TV based in Norfolk, Virginia where she reported and anchored the weekend morning newscasts from 1996 to 1998.
